Ideally, we think the fire should be slightly bigger than the TV. But there are no rules! Your fire can be smaller than the TV, the same width, or wider, and still look stunning.

Onyx Orbit Suspended Electric Fire
The Onyx Orbit Suspended Electric Fire creates a striking focal point with its open-front panoramic fire bowl and ceiling-hung design. The fire can rotate through up to 340 degrees, allowing the flame display to be enjoyed from different areas of an open-plan room.
Lifelike oak logs sit above an illuminated ember bed, enhanced by the Onyx Chromalight® Immersive LED system. Choose from three flame colours, 13 fuel-bed colours plus a spectrum setting, and 13 integrated mood-lighting colours plus spectrum. Brightness can be adjusted independently to suit the room and time of day.

Flue pipe and ceiling-mounting components are specified separately to suit the installation. The Orbit does not use a standard three-pin plug and must be connected to the mains by a qualified electrician using the requirements in the installation instructions. Its 65kg weight requires a suitable load-bearing ceiling joist or beam; structural suitability should be confirmed by an engineer or architect where necessary.
Warranty
A five-year extended warranty is available when the fire is purchased through an authorised Onyx retailer and registered within the required period. Registration and full warranty terms apply.

For a LIMITED TIME ONLY, all of our fires now include FREE SHIPPING to mainland UK. If you live in a special class area, such as some parts of the highlands, you may be required to pay an additional fee. We will contact you if this is the case.
Delivery Information
We offer a nominated day delivery service on many of our products. Where this is selected, we will always do our best to meet your chosen date. For example, if you select a Tuesday delivery, we will typically dispatch your order on a next-day service the working day before.
However, once your order has left us and is with the courier, delivery is handled by a third-party network. While we work closely with our carriers, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused once the goods are in transit.
Deliveries are made on a kerbside basis only. This means the driver will unload the goods as close to your property as safely possible, but they are not insured to carry items into your home or unpack them.
Due to the nature of pallet deliveries, access must be suitable for large vehicles and pallet trucks. If you have any access restrictions, please let us know in advance.
Important: We strongly recommend that you do not book installers, fitters, or any other tradespeople until your goods have been delivered, as delays can occasionally occur.
Returns Policy
We accept returns on items that are:
- Undamaged
- Uninstalled
- In their original packaging
Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If required, we can arrange a collection on your behalf, however this service is chargeable.
