The Charlton & Jenrick Go Eco BakeChef 5kW Cooking Stove combines a substantial heating-and-cooking format with a full-size oven and hotplate. Constructed from stainless steel, steel, it is designed to provide durable real-fire performance with a clear view through its steel firebox and oven doors with ceramic glass.
Heat output and fuel
This dedicated wood-burning model is designed for dry, seasoned hardwood logs. It delivers 5kW nominal heat across an approximate 3.8-6.3kW operating range, with 82.5% listed efficiency. The firebox accepts logs up to 350mm.
Design and operation
The large oven accepts full-size bakeware, while the steel cooking top accommodates pans around 28-32cm. Separate sliders manage combustion and heat diversion to the oven, and optional firebox or flue heat shields support a wider range of installations.
Clean-burning performance
The stove is Ecodesign 2022 compliant, DEFRA exempt for burning wood in Smoke Control Areas and independently certified at clearSkies Level 5. An Airwash system helps keep the ceramic glass clear, while patented tertiary-air technology supports low-emission combustion.
Dimensions and installation
Overall appliance dimensions are 500mm wide x 898mm high x 608mm deep. The flue connection is top (127mm / 5 inch). An appropriate site survey and professional installation are recommended.

Delivery Information
We offer a nominated day delivery service on many of our products. Where this is selected, we will always do our best to meet your chosen date. For example, if you select a Tuesday delivery, we will typically dispatch your order on a next-day service the working day before.
However, once your order has left us and is with the courier, delivery is handled by a third-party network. While we work closely with our carriers, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused once the goods are in transit.
Deliveries are made on a kerbside basis only. This means the driver will unload the goods as close to your property as safely possible, but they are not insured to carry items into your home or unpack them.
Due to the nature of pallet deliveries, access must be suitable for large vehicles and pallet trucks. If you have any access restrictions, please let us know in advance.
Important: We strongly recommend that you do not book installers, fitters, or any other tradespeople until your goods have been delivered, as delays can occasionally occur.
Returns Policy
We accept returns on items that are:

- In their original packaging
